How to order
You have to be a registered user for buying from our on-line shopping cart. Please note that visitors can browse the site without registering.
Ordering with Beads Venue is quick and easy. Simply follow the given steps:-
a) Browse our product categories or use the search box to quickly find an item by its name.
b) When you’ve found an item you are looking for click on the item name or image to view the product information page where you will find a larger image and detailed information about product.
c) Now you can add items to your shopping cart by entering the desired quantity in the quantity box and click the “add to cart” button
d) Once the item is added to your cart, you will be taken to your shopping cart page that will display all the items you selected for a purchase. At any time you can click on the view cart button on the right hand side of your screen to see your shopping cart and make any adjustments.
e) You can then choose to Checkout or continue shopping. The items you have ordered and total cost will continue to be displayed on the right of the screen, updated with any additions you make. f) Shipping Charges will be calculated on the basis of the information provided by you and will be added to your shopping cart.
Payment
All prices shown on the site are in Australian Dollars only & includes 10% GST. (Goods & Services tax).
All international orders are exempt from GST & will be deducted at the time of purchase/checkout.

All online payments on our site are processed through St. George BankInternet Payment Gateway which is fully secure.
Shipping
All orders are shipped within 2-4 working days. We use Australia Post for shipping Domestic orders (Australia) as well as International orders which is based on the gross weight/cubic measurement of the parcel. During the check out process the shipping cost will be automatically calculated through postage calculator.
All domestic orders are sent registered through Australia Post with an added fee of $2.35. International Orders will be sent via Airmail.
We dont keep any back orders unless specifically requested
Your registered goods are automatically insured upto a value of AUD 100.00 with Australia Post, additional charges will apply for extra insurance.We are not responsible for the goods lost or damaged due to external causes including accidental misuse.
Return Policy
Returns are accepted with in 14 days of the delivery of the goods. Goods Should be in there original shape & packing .You need to contact us to seek an authorization for the returns.
The goods can be replaced/ exchanged but can not be refunded. Any cost incurred for returned items will be at customer’s expense.Specials & discounted items are not returable. We will not refund change of mind purchases,however the faulty stock will be replaced/exchanged to the same value of items .
Discount & Pricing Policy
Following discount are applicable at the time of check out.
All orders above AUD 100.00 will get 10% discount
All orders above AUD 200.00 will get 15% discount.
All orders above AUD 500.00 will get 20% discount.
Sales Items & discounted lines won’t attract further discounts.
Minimum order value is $20
Prices are subject to change without notification due to fluctuations in the dollar and the rising costs of raw materials.

Shapes colours and sizes may vary due to hand crafted or dyed although we have tried to give the best possible description of the product on our website.
