Shipping & Delivery


All orders are shipped within 1-3 working days. We use Australia Post for shipping Domestic orders (Australia) as well as International orders which is based on the gross weight/cubic measurement of the parcel. During the check out process the shipping cost will be automatically calculated through postage calculator.

Australia Post Regular/ Standard:

Cheapest, Delivery 2-10 Days, Not Insured, No claims if lost/Damaged

Australia Post Registered (Recommended):

$ 3.20 Additional charges to Regular Australia Post Charges, Delivery 2-10 Days, Insured for $ 100, Extra Insurance can be purchased.

Australia Post Express:

Next day delivery( Australia Post network restrictions apply), No signature required , can be partially tracked, No insurance, Claims upon Australia Post discretion, Maximum claim $ 50 only.

Store Pickup:

This facility is provided to local customers/ visitors willing to pick their orders from store to save on postage cost. For store pickup all orders needs to be fully paid & schedule appointment is required with at least 24 hours notice.

Free Shipping:

All domestic (national) orders  above $ 100 ( excl. discount & postage) will be shipped free. Free shipping  does not include  any insurance  or tracking. Customers need to pay full postage amount by selecting ‘Australia Post’ Postage option if they wish to take ‘Signature on Delivery’, ‘Tracking’ or ‘Insurance’.

Flat Rate Shipping:

All domestic (national) order  below $ 100 will be shipped at a flat rate shipping of $ 7.00. Flat rate shipping  does not include  any insurance  or tracking. Customers need to pay full postage amount by selecting ‘Australia Post’ Postage option if they wish to take ‘Signature on Delivery’, ‘Tracking’ or ‘Insurance’.

We take no responsibility for loss/damage of your order in the postal system unless you have it insured.

All postage methods can be viewed during checkout process.

All national & international orders are sent via Standard or Express(with/ without extra cover)options depending upon customers choice.

Express Post orders means Australia post will ship it express but processing of orders will be done in order we receive them i.e. first came ,first out.

Shipping time can be little higher during peak times  like Christmas, Easter, Mothers day etc.

We don’t keep any back orders unless specifically requested

We are not responsible for the goods lost or damaged  in transit  also due to external causes including accidental misuse. Our responsibility ceases when the goods are being handed over to Australia Post/ Courier Co.


International Orders:

Australia Post Air Mail is the shipping method that we use for international orders.  It is the most economical but does not include insurance or tracking (Delivery time takes on average 7 to 21 business days depending on destination & destination country processing time)

Additional Options include: 

Registered Post (signature required at delivery but no insurance available).  Takes the same time as regular Air Mail but is more secure and usually costs about $6 more than regular Air Mail.

Express Post International (fast, basic tracking and signature on delivery with insurance cover also available) 

Express Courier International (ECI) - (fastest, full tracking & signature on delivery with insurance also available).  Most expensive service available - prices available on request

Insurance is not available for all countries, but for countries where is it available rates are based on the value of the package:  i.e.:  AUD$1-$100 - $8.45, $1-200 - $10.70, $2-300 - $12.95.  Insurance can be added to regular Air Mail packages (most but not all countries), for ECI (Express Courier International Packages) or for International Express Parcels.

Postage can sometimes vary from the amount charged at checkout - if this occurs we will contact you to let you know exact costs.

Privacy & Security
We are committed to protect your privacy while interacting with us. All information you provide is treated confidentially and will not be given to any other party unless the law requires it. If you do not wish to receive any correspondence form us please contact us and we will remove your name from our database.
Returns & Replacements
Returns are accepted with in 7 days of the delivery of the goods. Goods Should be in there original shape & packing . Returns will be considered on a case to case basis, you need to contact us at andrew@beadsvenue.com.au or call us on 02 43656640 to seek an authorization for the returns.

The goods can be replaced/ exchanged but can not be refunded. Any postage cost incurred for returned items will be at customer’s expense. Specials & discounted items are not returnable. We reserve the right to put restocking / handling fee $ 3.00 for returned items, however the faulty stock will be replaced/exchanged to the same value of items .

Free postage Items: All items which will send free postage (conditions apply) will be with Standard Australia post and  are not trackable and insured,. If any item lost or damaged in transit will not be replace or refunded . We strongly recommend to purchase extra cover or Signature on Delivery when you place the order.

Lost or Damaged Items

We are not responsible for the goods lost or damaged due to external causes including accidental misuse. Our responsibility ceases the moment we handed over the parcel to Australia Post . Risk of loss is passed to the Buyer once the goods have left the premises of the Company. As per the Australia Post policy  uninsured  parcels can not be claimed. Claims for the insured parcels if  lost or damaged in transit  are at the discretion of the Australia Post. We can process a claim for you with Australia Post and only can pass on the claim to you once the Australia Post finish their investigation and settle the claim for the lost/ damaged parcel.

Ordering

Ordering with Beads Venue Online shop is quick & easy. Simply follow the given steps:-

1. You can buy products on our website  as a guest  even without registering however registration (recommended  will give you access to various features like auto saving of shopping cart, order history, creating wish list,etc.

2. Start shopping by easily browsing to different category page by using navigation bar provided in left hand side.

3. When you’ve found an item you are looking for click on the item name or image to view the product information page where you will find a larger image and detailed information about product.
4. Now you can add items to your shopping cart by entering the desired quantity in the quantity box and click the “add to cart” button

5.You can check as well as make changes in your shopping cart anytime you want by just visiting cart page.

6. If you do not want to purchase some product at that moment. But you want to purchase it some other time then no need to keep any detail of that product in mind including product name also. You can use “Add To Wish list” feature offered by our site to achieve the same purpose.

7. Use “Add To Compare” feature to filter suitable product for you among others.

 8. You can proceed to checkout when you are satisfied with your purchase.

9. Shipping Charges will be calculated on the basis of information provided by you and will be added to your shopping cart.

You can check out as Guest customer or Registered customer ( registration necessary).Registered customers do not require to fill billing and/or shipping details each and every time, you can see your order history,etc. but if you are checking out as guest then you must fill all required information & don’t get access to your past order history.
